Job Description
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base in the patent consulting space.
* Lead and manage the enterprise sales team to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
* Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
* Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing client needs effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful VP - Enterprise Sales should have :
* At least 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales in the consulting industry
* A proven track record of success in enterprise sales within the professional services industry
* Experience of managing sales budgets to the tune of ~$15M.
* Strong knowledge of the consultancy sector and its market dynamics.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills - should have managed teams of at least 30 people.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
* Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.
* A relevant educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
