As an Assistant Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in our client services department, helping us provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing Orders: Efficiently process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfilment.
* Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to our Accounts department.
* Booking Deliveries: Coordinate and schedule deliveries to ensure products reach customers on time.
* Filing and Paperwork: Maintain organised and up-to-date records, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval and reference.
* Advanced Excel Skills: Utilise advanced Excel functions, including formulas and VLOOKUP, to analyse data and generate reports for decision-making.
* Office Packaging Experience: Apply your knowledge of office packaging to streamline shipping and delivery processes.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries and resolving any issues related to orders and invoices.
Qualifications:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas and VLOOKUP.
* Previous experience in office 365 is required.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
