Growth Performance Manager - Leading AI Tech company

We are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful AI tech-first company in London who have grown fast and built a product that users love. They are now ready to level up their growth engine are looking for a specialist to lead on growth & performance.
Key responsibilites:
* Design and execute full-funnel performance marketing campaigns (acquisition, conversion, retention) across paid and organic channels
* Scale and optimise paid acquisition (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliates, etc.)
* Use data analytics, A/B testing, and attribution modelling to improve ROI.
* Collaborate with product, brand, content, and sales to align messaging and funnel stages
* Build out their growth stack and reporting dashboards (e.g., GA4, HubSpot, Segment, Looker, etc.)
* Identify new growth opportunities (channels, tools, partnerships.)
* Own performance forecasting and budget allocation, reporting directly to the Head of Growth
Key areas of expertise:
* 6+ years experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally at a fast-scaling tech start-up or digital-first business
* Proven track record of driving growth and managing large-scale digital campaigns with strong ROI
* Deep knowledge of paid search, paid social, retargeting, CRO, and landing page optimisation
* Proficient with data tools (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, SQL a bonus) and marketing platforms
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities shift and impact is immediate
* Strategic thinker and strong communicator who thrives on ownership and autonomy
