Service National Account Manager
Location: Remote (UK-based) with National Travel
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 base + 20% bonus + car allowance + full benefits package

About the Role
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a strong track record in service-led environments? We are seeking a Service National Account Manager to oversee and expand a portfolio of national accounts across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and commercially astute individual to play a key role in client retention, contract growth, and strategic account development within a well-established service solutions provider in the industrial access and facilities management sector.
This is a field-based role, requiring weekly client visits (averaging 16 face-to-face meetings per week), and working with a collaborative, cross-functional team to ensure best-in-class service delivery and growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Account Retention & Expansion :
Secure renewals of existing service contracts, convert new product installations into ongoing service agreements, and conduct regular contract review meetings with clients.
* New Business Development :
Identify and convert new service contract opportunities within existing customer bases and target new national accounts in the facilities, industrial access, or entrance systems sectors.
* Client Relationship Management :
Build long-term partnerships with multi-site clients and stakeholders, providing tailored service strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
* Performance & Reporting :
Maintain accurate CRM records, provide KPI-based reporting tailored to client expectations, and deliver clear sales forecasts to internal stakeholders.
* Internal Collaboration :
Work closely with the field engineering, service coordination, and finance teams to ensure contract health, timely support, and debt management.
* Strategic Input :
Support internal alignment and business development through insight-driven collaboration across sales, service, and operations.

Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in field sales within a service-focused, solution-based environment.
* Demonstrated success working with national or key account customers.
* Strong account management and customer retention capabilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platforms.
* Highly organised with strong reporting and forecasting acumen.
* Full, clean UK driving license is essential.
