Duties of an Employability Compliance Officer
* Provide project and administrative support to the Employability Services partnership with a focus on performance management across a portfolio of innovative employability initiatives.
* Apply knowledge and competence with the organisation’s chosen software support tool (currently HANLON CRMS).
* Assist the project manager(s) in controlling and monitoring project budgets and costs to agreed tolerances.
* Compile performance reports for the Scottish Government, Fife Partnership, Opportunities Fife Partnership and local projects.
* Support the production and presentation of reports, guidance and other documentation relating to the Fife Employability Pathway programme.
Essential Skills / Aptitudes
* Qualified to SCQF Level 7 (includes HNC or Advanced Highers or equivalent experience).
* Experience in an administrative role with desired skills in a CRMS/MIS system.
Pay: FC6 (£16.92)
Working 36 hours per week (Monday – Friday) based at Skills Development Conference Centre, Kirkcaldy, KY1 3NL with options for blended working.
