About the Opportunity
Our Sales Advisors are flexible, dynamic, and brand ambassadors for Fenwick. You will build rapport with each customer, ensuring they have the best in-store experience. You will embody our values, working with passion and pride while maintaining high standards to ensure every customer experiences our renowned hospitality.
What we are looking for in a candidate
We seek warm, welcoming individuals who are adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-oriented to join us on our exciting journey. The role also requires specific skills and experience:
* A proven track record in a customer-facing role within a similar business (desirable but not essential)
* A strong interest in premium and luxury brands and fashion
* An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
