Arcus FM is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Advisor for a 1-year FTC. The role involves implementing and improving the Group Integrated Management System, providing assurance, governance, and process improvement to operational and support teams. The candidate will also maintain the internal audit programme.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist the Quality Assurance Lead Business Partner in managing certifications, accreditations, and registrations to support the business's operation and growth. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering the Group Integrated Management System (IMS) strategy through audits and engagement
* Building and maintaining relationships with certification and registration bodies
* Collecting information for RFIs and ensuring timely submissions
* Hosting external audit activities and resolving audit findings
* Conducting internal audits as per the Audit Programmes
* Developing relationships with key stakeholders
* Rebranding documentation and maintaining quality control over company documents
* Managing document uploads to company libraries
* Supporting HSQE objectives and strategy with the Quality Assurance Manager
* Staying updated with legislation, best practices, and CPD
* Driving continual process improvements within HSQE, Operational, and Support teams
* Developing workflows and process documentation to support improvements
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in auditing, quality management, investigations, and data management. Knowledge of the wider HSEQ environment is a plus. Additional requirements include:
* Knowledge of ISO standards, especially ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018, 22301:2019, 27001:2022 (desirable)
* Recognised auditing qualification e.g., IRCA, BSI (desirable)
* Membership of Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) (desirable)
* Qualification in process improvement (desirable)
* Experience in a multi-client environment
* Understanding of current HSQE regulations in the UK
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
* Experience with internal and external audits
* Experience creating and maintaining policies and procedures
* Ability to define, influence, and implement strategy (desirable)
