What will this role achieve?
As a Team Member, you’ll work across different areas of our Supply Chain. You’ll work closely with your team and need to be flexible and ready to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Full training and support will be provided to help you succeed.
What will be your key deliverables?
9. Moving materials to the Mixing Room and Manufacturing areas
10. Loading finished goods onto trailers
11. Operating forklift trucks and other machinery
12. Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to.
13. Deliver products to the defined standard specifications.
14. Use of Lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
15. Deliver the Warehouse plan to maintain customer service levels.
16. Demonstrate good communication skill.
17. Delivering the ingredients and packaging to factories using the Fork Lift Trucks
18. Physical role – walking around the factory / Warehouse.
19. Additional ad-hoc duties as and when required.
20. Support the production plan effectively with quality being the priority.
21. Lead health and safety standards within the area to ensure all work safely.

24. Up to date Counterbalance Forklift License
25. Manufacturing Warehouse experience

Ideally, you’ll have experience working within a Warehouse in a quality-focused environment.
