Principal Drainage Engineer - London You're a Chartered Civil Engineer with a strong technical background in drainage and flood mitigation design. You bring extensive experience in leading teams and managing the design of drainage systems for highways and urban environments. You're confident in a client-facing role and have a proven track record of working with local councils, Lead Local Flood Authorities, and water authorities-particularly in the London and South East region. You're ready to take a lead role in developing and overseeing our growing workload with Essex and Kent Councils and Thames Water, acting as a trusted advisor and technical lead. You're collaborative, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions. You're also experienced in mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices. This is a client-facing role, so you must be based in London or the surrounding area.
