About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading, specialist engineering business for an ambitious Graduate Sales Engineer to join their team in Nottingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity working with cutting‑edge products across pressure measurement, instrumentation, and flow technology. You'll receive full product training and mentorship, combining your engineering knowledge with customer‑facing sales skills to deliver real solutions to clients across a broad range of industries.
* Developing and managing relationships with new and existing customers across your designated territory
* Providing technical support and product recommendations across pressure, instrumentation, and flow solutions
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead follow‑up
* Preparing and delivering technical proposals and quotations
* Working closely with internal engineering and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met
* Attending customer sites, exhibitions, and industry events as required
* Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and pipeline within the CRM system
* Degree qualified (Engineering degree or similar preferred)
* A genuine interest in technical sales and customer‑facing roles
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
* Self‑motivated, ambitious, and eager to develop a long‑term career in engineering sales
