This firm is currently in search of a Senior Solicitor or an Associate to advise SMEs, multinationals, entrepreneurs in various sectors such as Healthcare, Video Games, Tech, and more.
Practice areas include M&A, investment rounds, commercial contracts, IP & data privacy, along with employee ownership transitions and joint ventures. Applicants should have at least 2 years’ PQE.
