Day shifts only bespoke 8-hour pattern (no nights!)

Your Key Responsibilities
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Reacting quickly to breakdowns and restoring production efficiently
Diagnosing & repairing both electrical and mechanical faults
Supporting a wide range of automated and robotic machinery
Assisting with machinery installations & improvement projects
Keeping accurate maintenance records and reports
Working collaboratively with production teams to maximise uptime
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician/Engineer within manufacturing or production
Strong electrical fault-finding skills (mechanical knowledge also beneficial)
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in an Electrical discipline
Ideally apprenticeship trained (not essential)
Basic understanding of Plc controls
A proactive, solutions focused mindset and ability to work under pressure
Location & Commutable Areas
Easily accessible from Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Tamworth, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield, Walsall, Nuneaton, Burton-on-Trent, Cannock.
