We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our clients expanding Structures division at their Warwick office.
The Senior Structural Engineer will be working alongside a dynamic team of Chartered, mid-level, and graduate engineers, delivering technically challenging and diverse structural projects—from bespoke new builds and complex refurbishments to heritage and conservation work. Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality structural designs in steel, concrete, masonry, and timber
* Leading projects from concept to completion across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
* Producing calculations, drawings, specifications, and structural appraisal reports
* Attending and contributing to design team and client meetings
* Managing project budgets, timelines, and sustainability goals
* Liaising with contractors, stakeholders, and third parties
* Supervising and mentoring junior engineers and CAD/Revit technicians
* Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and current design codes
* Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities
Requirements:
* Minimum 2:1 BSc/BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Chartered or working towards chartership with ICE or IStructE
* At least 6 years’ post-qualification experience
* Strong technical knowledge and use of structural design software
* Hands-on experience with heritage and conservation projects (essential)
* Confident team leader and project manager
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
* A proactive, client-focused mindset with strong communication skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
