Job Title: Aseptic/Oncology Pharmacist Banding: Band 7 Location: Worcester, Worcestershire Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months Rate: £28.00 – £32.00 per hour Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 7 Aseptic/Oncology Pharmacist to join our client’s team in Worcester. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with recent hospital experience who is confident working under pressure in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for screening chemotherapy prescriptions for the day case unit, working within the aseptic laboratory, and responding to queries from nursing staff regarding chemotherapy medications. You may also be required to provide ad hoc support in the dispensary. Proficiency in using established pharmacy computer systems, such as the Ascribe dispensing system, is essential. Qualifications and Experience: • GPhC registration as a Pharmacist • Recent hospital pharmacy experience is essential • Experience in aseptic services and oncology pharmacy • Ability to work under pressure and within a team • Familiarity with pharmacy IT systems, particularly Ascribe • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Why work with Pulse?
