This role is all about relationships, trust, and market knowledge. You’ll speak to recruiters daily about career moves 📞, culture fit 🧩, progression 📈, and earning potential 💸, while partnering with recruitment agencies looking for top talent.
You’ll run a full 360 Rec2Rec desk with real autonomy and support.
