Position Overview
Midday Meal Supervisor at an Early Years & Primary school in Barking, term‑time only (Mon – Fri, 11:00am – 1:30pm). The role is on an ongoing contract basis with immediate start.
Responsibilities
* Supervise children aged 2 – 11 during lunchtime.
* Serve lunch to children and monitor meal distribution.
* Oversee outdoor play and ensure a safe environment.
* Support children with a professional, energetic approach.
* Maintain knowledge of health and safety in the school environment.
Qualifications
* Experience working with young children in a school or nursery setting.
* Ability to commit to the long‑term schedule above.
* Good knowledge of health and safety practices.
