You will lead major programmes across the business, with full accountability for delivery. You will manage customer-funded projects, growth programmes, and transition into business-as-usual activity.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure projects deliver clear business benefits. You will also help embed a strong project management culture and support the development of less experienced team members.

What you'll be doing
* Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through to closure
* Work with sponsors and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and costs
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans
* Monitor delivery against agreed milestones and report on progress
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
* Ensure benefits are clearly defined, tracked, and realised
* Collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams on contract changes
* Drive continuous improvement across project management tools and processes
* Capture lessons learned and ensure they inform future projects
* Support and develop junior team members
