People Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and
people-focused People Coordinator to join our People Team in Braemar.
This hybrid role offers the chance to combine hands-on support on-site with
flexible remote working.
What You’ll Do
* Support
recruitment and onboarding — from candidate visits to contracts,
references, and induction.
* Be
the go-to person for HR administration, employee queries, and staff
support.
* Help
deliver staff engagement initiatives: wellbeing activities, recognition
awards, social events, and more.
* Coordinate
training and ensure compliance across the team.
* Maintain
accurate HR systems and data, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
* Play
an active role in shaping our workplace culture.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous
HR administration experience (or similar).
* Strong
organisation skills and the ability to juggle priorities.
* Excellent
communication skills and confidence working independently.
* Good
working knowledge of MS Office and HR best practice.
* Bonus
points if you’re CIPD qualified (or working towards) and familiar with
HRIS systems such as Harri, Mapal One, or OpenBlend.
