Position Overview:
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, generating quotations, processing orders, and proactively developing business with both new and existing customers. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Taking inbound calls from customers.
2. Negotiating to win business and cross selling associated products.
3. Making outbound calls to grow sales.
4. Liaise with Sale Reps, Customers, branches and Suppliers.
5. Costing of bulk deliveries.
6. Issuing information and processing orders from customers.
7. Dealing with queries relating to orders and costings.
8. Create ad-hoc sale reports.
9. Updating orders, prices and order confirmations in the Company’s systems.
10. Assisting with month end processes.
11. Update stock levels and report figures to customers.
Skills and experience:
12. Work experience gained in a customer services role is essential and a desire to build a career in telephone sales and account management.
13. A passion to build a career in sales and strong customer service skills and experience are required.
14. Telephone sales or telephone based customer services experience is desirable.
15. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
16. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
17. Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills are essential.
18. Strong attention to detail is essential.
19. Strong IT skills that include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email & Web) awareness and experience is essential.
20. Strong data entry skills and high levels of accuracy are essential.

Work Hours: This full-time role entails 40 hours per week, work hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. You will also be required to work every second Saturday from 8.30am to 12pm.
