About The Role
Lead our Housekeeping Team and Ensure Quality in the Spaces where Students to Succeed
East Kent Colleges Group are seeking a Housekeeping Team leader to join the Group within the busy Estates Department at Sheppey College.
You will have a positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of housekeepers while maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene. You will also be able to perform the array of cleaning tasks including the use of machinery widely used in the industry.

* Hours per week: 15
* Shift pattern: 05.30 to 08.30 Mon to Fri
* Salary per year: £11,598

About You
You will preferably have previous experience of team leadership and cleaning in a commercial environment as well as the ability to learn quickly and maintain high standards of work.
You will also have a Level 2 qualification in English and Maths or be willing to work towards these (the College will support with such qualifications).
A health and safety certificate would be of benefit but not essential as training is provided.
