We're seeking a compassionate and motivated TAF Family Worker to join our team, working in partnership with a public sector client in Cardiff. You'll provide direct support to children, young people, and families through the Team Around the Family (TAF) approach, helping them overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes in line with Families First guidance. Key Responsibilities Provide early help and direct support to families, ensuring a consistent, high-quality service. Coordinate and lead TAF meetings, assessments, and support plans in partnership with families and professionals. Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns in line with local policies. Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service development and performance targets. Work collaboratively with partner agencies to promote the aims of the TAF service.Key Requirements Experience supporting children, young people, and families within early help, social care, or community settings. Strong understanding of the Families First framework, safeguarding procedures, and multi-agency working. Excellent communication, organisational, and motivational skills.
