The Candidate:
* Proven track record in senior management within ultra-luxury hotels or resorts
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate large teams
* Deep understanding of London’s luxury hospitality landscape and international guest expectations
* Commercial acumen paired with a passion for service excellence
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
