Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee contract finances, ensuring accuracy and profitability
* Manage procurement and subcontractor relationships effectively
* Provide commercial control and governance across projects
* Support operational teams in delivering high-quality services
* Identify risks and proactively implement solutions
* Drive continuous improvement across contract performance
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Commercial Manager (preferably within hard services/M&E)
* Strong understanding of contract management and financial controls
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to “move the dial”
