Role & Responsibilities:
* Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the utmost hospitality and care during their stay – providing an unforgettable experience.
* Minimize and handle complaints professionally according to our policies.
* Supervise the Bar/Beverage team in line with company policies and manuals.
* Work with the Bar Manager to maximize sales performance and achieve targets.
* Follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual.
* Ensure food and drinks are served quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards.
* Assist in training the Bar team to ensure effectiveness in their roles.
* Carry out relevant admin within the department to meet business needs.
* Ensure the bars run smoothly daily and are adequately stocked.
* Stay updated with current promotions and new products.
* Make guests aware of offers on our food and drink range.
* Assist in setting up functions or events as per procedures.
* Maintain accurate billing systems and ensure all payments are collected in accordance with company policy.
* Observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations.
* Ensure service standards meet award requirements for the Gallery Restaurant.
* Maintain good working relationships across departments and communicate effectively throughout the hotel.
* Understand responsibilities regarding Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
