Job Description
This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ.
As a Beauty Commercial Manager, you will drive the commercial performance of beauty products across all stores, ensuring effective forecasting, inventory management, pricing strategies, and product enrichment. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing brand presence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through strategic stock management.
* Develop and maintain accurate forecasts at brand/store level to optimize sales.
* Manage top-level forecasting and stock positions aligned with business goals and market trends.
* Serve as the primary contact for brand partners, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
* Oversee product budgeting and seasonality reviews.
* Manage discontinued lines to minimize wastage and maximize profit.
* Challenge current stock replenishment processes, collaborating with analytics teams.
* Execute markdowns for discontinued/excess stock, maintaining inventory accuracy.
* Coordinate stock pushes for key events and promotions.
* Process stock requests at brand and store level to support operations and customer needs.
* Oversee order activities to ensure timely processing and supply chain efficiency.
* Develop and evaluate pricing strategies, regularly analyzing market data.
* Ensure product data accuracy and enrichment across platforms.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product descriptions, imagery, and presentation.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in beauty or retail.
* Strong analytical skills in forecasting and inventory management.
* Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
* Proactive approach to stock, pricing, and product challenges.
