A well-established law firm based in the stunning Lake District is looking to welcome a confident and personable Dispute Resolution Lawyer to its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in general civil litigation who thrives in a client-facing role and is ready to take ownership of a varied caseload, working alongside a very experienced and recognised partner. The Opportunity You’ll handle a broad range of dispute resolution matters for both private individuals and commercial clients. From property and boundary disputes to contentious probate and landlord & tenant work, this is a diverse and rewarding role with plenty of scope to grow. Key Responsibilities * Managing a mixed caseload of civil and commercial disputes * Advising clients with professionalism, empathy, and commercial awareness * Handling matters in line with CPR and relevant court/tribunal processes * Ensuring compliance with Lexcel and internal risk procedures * Contributing to the development of the department and building long-term client relationships About You * Solid experience across a range of dispute resolution work – ideally including property, probate, landlord & tenant, and/or employment matters.
