As a Financial Accountant, you will:
1. Prepare accurate and compliant financial statements in line with recognised accounting standards.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing, effective reconciliation, and strong financial controls.
3. Oversee month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
4. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles with clear analysis, insights, and commentary.
5. Ensure adherence to statutory reporting requirements and internal governance policies.
As a Financial Accountant, you will need:
6. Proven experience in a senior accounting, financial reporting, or financial management position.
7. Strong proficiency with leading accounting software
8. A solid understanding of financial accounting principles, compliance, and financial controls.
9. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
