We’re partnering with a purpose-led employer to find a Head of HR who can lead people
strategy at senior level. This role offers breadth, influence, and the chance to work in a

Head of HR - What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead HR strategy and operations across a diverse workforce
* Support organisational change, talent development, and workforce planning
* Provide expert advice on employee relations and policy
* Oversee compliance and safeguarding practices
* Analyse people data to inform strategic decisions
* Champion culture, engagement and leadership capability
What We’re Looking For:
* CIPD-qualified – Level 7 ideally
* Strong experience in a senior HR leadership role
* Confident advisor to senior stakeholders
* Commercially focused, experience of managing budgets
* Strategic thinker with operational grip
* Knowledge of UK employment law and HR systems
* Resilient, collaborative and data-driven
