DN Colleges Group is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Football Coach to support and grow our football enrichment programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with learners of all abilities, helping them to develop their skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game within a supportive and inclusive environment.
You’ll play a key part in enhancing participation across the College, delivering high-quality coaching sessions, and leading our college team in both home and away fixtures.
Actual Salary: £1,841.46 per annum
Working Pattern: Wednesdays - 3 hours a week 1pm - 4pm

Essential Criteria
* Relevant National Governing Body (NGB) coaching qualification
* GCSE (or Level 2 equivalent) English and maths
* Previous football coaching experience
* Experience working with 16–18-year-olds
* Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver high-quality football coaching sessions for learners of all abilities
* Provide constructive feedback and guidance on technical, physical and tactical performance
* Lead the college football team during league matches, AoC competitions and tournaments
* Create a safe, inclusive and engaging training environment
* Research and implement innovative coaching methods and best practice
* Liaise closely with the Sport, Health & Physical Activity Coordinator and wider coaching team
* Support initiatives to increase participation in football across the College
* Officiate matches when required
