Social Media Designer & Content Creator (12-month Maternity Cover)
Location: North West London, NW2 7HF
Salary:£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.
Start date: August 2026
About The Role
As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for a creative and trend‑savvy Social Media Designer & Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will bring our brand to life through engaging visual content, compelling storytelling, and innovative social campaigns across multiple platforms. From designing eye‑catching graphics and editing short‑form video content to planning and creating social‑first campaigns, you will play a key role in growing our online presence, building community engagement, and helping our brand stand out in a fast‑moving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
* Create social media design assets (posts, carousels, stories, infographics)
* Design platform‑native, engaging content
* Support short‑form video creation (Reels/TikTok)
* Capture product photography and video
* Collaborate with social team on campaigns
* Stay up to date with trends
* Manage end‑to‑end asset creationDeliver high‑quality work on time
* Support basic analytics review
Qualifications
* Strong social media design background
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, and CapCut
* Strong visual storytelling experience
* Understanding of Instagram & TikTok
* Experience with social‑first content
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines
