The Opportunity Are you looking to develop your finance career within a fast-paced FMCG environment? The Cornwall Bakery is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our Management Accounting team. This role focuses on accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting key processes such as waste and labour reporting, forecasting, and general accounting tasks. Ensure compliance with month-end timetable across a subset of Samworth Brothers businesses
Prepare and post prepayments, accruals, and other journals as required
Calculate and coordinate intercompany recharges
Complete balance sheet reconciliations for relevant accounts
Provide ad hoc management accounting support and contribute to improvement projects
