The Property and Asset Management team is Re:volve's largest and most multidisciplinary division, delivering best-in-class managing agent services underpinned by strong commercial insight and rigorous compliance standards.

Our head office is based in Wilmslow, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Role Description

The Senior Property & Asset Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering high-quality property and asset management services across a varied commercial portfolio. This is a senior, hands-on position combining day-to-day property management with strategic asset oversight to ensure assets perform at optimum levels and continue to evolve in line with client objectives.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role involves responsibility for investment performance, lease events, service charge operations, compliance, tenant engagement, and strategic portfolio direction. Working closely with senior leadership, clients, occupiers, and professional partners, the successful candidate will uphold Re:volve Real Estate's reputation for delivering best-in-class, director-led professional services.

The role also carries responsibility for ensuring all operational, financial, and strategic activities comply with
RICS professional standards and the RICS Service Charge Code, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving guidance and best practice. This is a hybrid role requiring regular site visits and travel as part of effective portfolio management.

Qualifications

* MRICS qualified
* Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property and/or asset management
* Proven experience managing multi-let commercial property portfolios
* Strong background in service charge budgeting, reconciliation, and compliance
* Demonstrable experience leading lease events including rent reviews, renewals, re-gears, and negotiations
* Experience overseeing facilities management, contractors, and major works programmes
* Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to analyse asset and portfolio performance
* Confident communicator with experience engaging clients, tenants, and senior stakeholders
* Prior experience mentoring or managing junior property professionals
* Advanced IT skills, including property management systems and Microsoft Excel
