Assistant Manager role at Hollywood Bowl Group Plc
Join Hollywood Bowl Group as an Assistant Manager. You will undergo a thorough induction and training across all areas of the busy centre, including lanes, the bar and diner, and the amusements area, to set you up for success.
Responsibilities
* Support the effective operation of the centre and its financial targets, combining front-of-house management with back-of-house support for the General Manager.
* Coach and mentor the team to deliver the best standards of service and a safe, fun environment for customers.
* Ensure the centre provides the best standards and service in the industry.

* 40-hour contract, with pay for additional shifts

Required experience and skills
* Management experience, ideally within leisure, hospitality, or retail
