Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, fostering a positive work environment for staff, and driving the success of the restaurant.

Duties

* Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety regulations.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff members to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation and culinary standards, ensuring high-quality dishes are served consistently.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimising waste.
* Implement and maintain health and safety protocols throughout the restaurant.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, striving to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
* Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training opportunities.

Experience

* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail in both service delivery and operational processes.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience for guests.
