My client is looking for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor who can work independently and has the knowledge to train and develop junior team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE or hold a full CILEX qualification, with experience in:
* Wills
* Powers of Attorney
* Trusts
* Inheritance tax
Membership of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and/or STEP is desirable but not essential.
Requirements for the Wills & Probate Solicitor include:
* Experience managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks effectively
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Professional appearance and excellent client care skills
* Willingness to engage in professional networking and marketing
* Minimum of 5 years' experience managing case loads including Estate Administration, Trusts, Wills, and LPAs
