Skilled in delivering, supervising, and evaluating evidence-based psychological therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, CAT, EMDR, schema therapy). Confident in service development, leadership, and strategic influence within multidisciplinary teams. Committed to reducing health inequalities and promoting co-production with service users and carers. Passionate about supervision, reflective practice, and developing others.
