Responsibilities
* Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, profitability, and health & safety standards
* Recruit, onboard, develop, and motivate kitchen staff in collaboration with the General Manager
* Deep knowledge of the menu and training your team accordingly
* Work with the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer experiences and maintain high food presentation and quality standards
* Ensure policies and procedures are followed, and standards are consistently met
