Axcis Education are currently working with a college in central Gloucester who are looking to recruit people who have had experience in support work, care work, and ideally with experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour. The role will predominantly be to provide support to students so that they can keep up with their studies as well as supporting learners with their time management where needed. As a SEN Support Worker with Axcis, you will already have experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour. The ideal candidate will have a confident but approachable manner and have strong management skills. If you are a Youth Worker with experience of supporting pupils with SEMH then we would love to hear from you. Whether you have worked with a youth setting, referral unit, specialist provision, residential sector or care sector – yours skills are what we require here at Axcis. At Axcis education we expect our candidates to be flexible in their approach to work so availability between the hours of 8.30am and 3.30pm would be desirable.
