The successful candidate will work within a dedicated and experienced clinical and nursing team, ensuring the highest standard of care for patients experiencing acute mental health conditions. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care. * Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and care pathways. * Support the local implementation of nursing strategies. * Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives. * Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure positive outcomes for service users. Essential Criteria: * Registered Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN. * Minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience. * Relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting. * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in patient care. * Ability to work flexibly and use a person-centred approach.
