Here at GXO, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative Jam Buster to join our Toolstation site based in Northampton on a full‑time, permanent basis.
You will be working Sunday‑Thursday, on a rotational shift pattern, covering the hours of 08:00‑16:00 and 15:00‑23:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Respond to minor operational stops by following site procedures
* Work closely with Swisslog, Operations and Stock & Systems teams to reduce downtime and keep things running smoothly
* Keep accurate records of any defects during your shift and report them to management
* Support with tasks like picking, packing and receiving when automation is down or during quieter periods

* Great communication skills – written and verbal
* Strong awareness of your surroundings and ability to spot potential hazards
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
