About the role
The successful Year 1/2 Teaching Assistant will be working five days a week. Ideally this would need to be somebody who has worked with children who have complex emotional and behaviour needs but also somebody who will be consistent, firm and fair in their approach. You will provide general classroom support for a Year 1/2 class as well as some small group work. The role would suit someone with excellent knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, ideally someone who has worked in KS1 recently.

To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant you will:
1. Experience of working with primary school aged children
2. Experience of working with pupils with SEND
3. A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
4. An ability to work as part of a team

Salary
£19,000 to £23,000 per year
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
