Role Overview: To assist the Lead Administrator with administrative duties, ensuring tasks are completed within specified timescales and maintaining document quality and organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Producing documents in specified styles and layouts.
* Preparing documents for binding and collating.
* Handling photocopying, scanning, and general office duties.
* Managing contacts, including finding existing contacts and adding new ones.
* Updating job allocations and uploading relevant documents.
* Processing Conflict of Interest Checks and adding new companies.
* Drafting and raising invoices and tracking fee forecasts.
* Syncing property information to Colliers.com or Rightmove.
* Managing expenses via Selenity, including team and company card expenses.
* Managing diaries, including travel and accommodation arrangements, and syncing meetings to Salesforce.
* Collaborating effectively within the team and adhering to health, safety, fire, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
