A Backend Java Microservice Engineer is needed to manage a critical project for a major banking client. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and experienced in developing and managing advanced applications.
Technical Skills include:
* Proficiency in Java (Java 8 and above)
* Designing, developing, and deploying microservices
* Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and other Spring components
* Building and consuming RESTful microservices
* Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, especially PostgreSQL
* Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS
* Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
* Version control with Git
* Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems
* Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana
* Knowledge of DevOps practices
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
* Effective team collaboration and stakeholder communication skills
