We’re looking for a freelance lifestyle content creator to help create short-form video content for our social channels on a project by project basis. This is not a traditional influencer or “UGC ads” role. We’re specifically looking for creators who understand how to make content feel:
* natural
* lifestyle-led
* culturally relevant
* social-first
* authentic rather than sales-focused
You’ll work from light creative briefs and independently capture and edit content that fits our brand world. This role would suit:
* media or film students
* aspiring videographers/directors
* TikTok or Instagram creators
* freelance content creators
Follower count is not important, understanding of social content is. Responsibilities:
* Create short-form TikTok and Instagram content
* Independently capture and edit social-first videos
* Occasionally attend community or brand events
* Deliver both edited videos and raw footage
* Work from creative briefs while bringing your own ideas and style
Essential:
* Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content styles
* Ability to independently film and edit short-form content
* Good creative instincts
* Interest in lifestyle, food and wellness brands
Bonus:
* Experience using CapCut or similar editing tools
* Experience creating content for brands
* London-based (ideal but not essential)
We’re intentionally moving away from overly scripted videos, hard-selling products, and traditional UGC ad content. Instead, we’re much more interested in documentary-style social content that captures real moments, moods and everyday routines in a natural way. We love content with strong storytelling, observational moments, natural filming styles and subtle product integration — content that feels human, culturally relevant and genuinely shareable rather than overtly branded. Working Structure: This is a freelance/contractor role rather than a full-time employed position. Projects will likely be organised around:
* individual shoots
* monthly content sessions
* event/community capture
* ongoing creator partnerships
Pay: £150-£300 depending on deliverables
