About the Role
We are looking for a native French marketing professional who combines strong copywriting skills with practical knowledge of Google Ads to review, refine, and adapt marketing content produced by our internal marketing team.
This is not a simple content review role. We are looking for someone who understands how marketing copy impacts ad performance and conversions.
Your mission is not to translate word-for-word, but to ensure that every piece of content:
Sounds natural and fluent to a native French speaker
Matches cultural expectations and tone
Is optimized for performance and conversions
Aligns with Google Ads best practices
You will act as the final quality and performance gate before content and ad campaigns are published.
What You'll Do
Review French marketing content generated by non-native speakers or AI tools
Rewrite or adjust phrasing to sound 100% native and natural
Adapt tone and messaging to fit French cultural and business norms
Ensure consistency in style, terminology, and voice across materials
Review and optimize Google Ads copy (headlines, descriptions, extensions)
Suggest improvements based on performance marketing principles (CTR, conversion rate, Quality Score)
Flag unclear, awkward, or culturally inappropriate expressions
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad messaging with landing pages
Types of Content You'll Review
Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, possibly Performance Max)
Website pages & landing pages
Marketing emails & newsletters
LinkedIn posts & short-form content
Sales pages and value propositions
Internal marketing documents (light review)
Requirements
Native French speaker (mandatory)
Proven experience managing or optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search required)
Strong understanding of CTR, Quality Score, and conversion optimization principles
Strong copywriting or editorial background
Ability to explain why a change is needed (not just rewrite)
Comfortable working with content originally written in English or generated by AI
Detail-oriented, reliable, and responsive
Performance-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically about paid acquisition
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
Languages: French. You are expected to have a fluent level of English.
