About The Role:
We are partnering with a leading international design studio known for delivering high-end hospitality and mixed-use projects across the globe. They are now seeking a talented Technical Designer to join their collaborative interiors team. Working under the guidance of Project Directors and senior team members, you will play a key role in translating creative design into highly coordinated technical documentation, supporting projects from early design stages through to construction.
You will work across large-scale interior and architectural projects, producing detailed drawing packages, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring the design intent is maintained throughout every stage. This position is ideal for a technical designer with experience in luxury hospitality and who enjoys problem-solving, navigating complex details, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce technical drawings, plans, elevations, and specification-support materials for all project stages
* Contribute to schematic design, design development, and construction documentation packages
* Assist in material research, product sourcing, and the preparation of specifications
* Prepare presentation materials, sketches, and diagrams as needed
* Uphold internal documentation standards and contribute to quality control processes
* Support and mentor more junior designers when required
Key Skills / Requirements:
* Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
* 5+ years’ experience working on interior design or architecture projects
* Must be ACIAT registered
* Experience with luxury hospitality technical design is a must
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp; Revit exposure beneficial
* Confident technical ability with knowledge of construction methods, detailing, materials, and building regulations
* Ability to produce accurate, coordinated, and detailed technical drawings
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
* Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple deadlines
* A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work
