We work within a variety of specialities at Castle Hill including Neurosurgery, Plastic surgery, Orthopaedics, General surgery, Urology, Gynaecology, Cardiothoracic and Robotic Surgery. You will need to be prepared to work within a busy environment and be forward thinking and passionate about delivering a high standard of care.
You must have a clear idea regarding your career development and be a team player with a flexible attitude to meet the service needs.
The post requires 24 hour call and weekend working with various shift patterns within theatres to meet the needs of the service, including Bank Holidays

The post holder is responsible for supporting the registered peri-operative practitioner in the delivery of direct patient care procedures and transfer, mainly within Robotic Theatres.
Contributes to the effective communication between members of themulti disciplinary team, taking personal responsibility to update andshare information provides support for patients at all times by communicating effectivelyin order to meet their needs.
