Our client are seeking an outgoing individual to be at the heart of their sales drive. Identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships and contributing to their continued growth. Key Responsibilities * Developing and executing business development strategies. * Generating and converting new sales leads. * Using phone sales, marketing, and networking to attract clients. * Marketing high-quality candidates across multiple industries. * Building and maintaining a Masterlist of contractors. * Achieving KPIs including calls, meetings, and lead growth. * Identifying customer needs and tailoring your approach. * Managing leads from our Delivery team and tracking success. * Attending corporate hospitality events to strengthen relationships. * Negotiating using a strong “feature/benefit” sales approach. Key attributes * Excellent telephone manner. * Previous telesales/sales experience (preferred). * Strong communicator in a fast-paced environment. * Interest in recruitment or sales. * Ambitious, competitive, and driven to progress.
