Role : Commercial Manager Location : Lincoln Salary : £80,000 to £95,000 car & package An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a leading main contractor in Lincoln. The Commercial Manager will be tasked with leading a small team of Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors delivering a fast paced, high volume framework for a local authority. Your role will be to ensure the smooth commercial running of this major framework ensuring compliance with the agreed contracts and the overall successful delivery of the contract. Main Responsibilities You'll be responsible for overseeing and implementing all commercial activities across the framework Ensuring that individual projects are completed within budget and inline with the agreed contractual arrangements Work with site teams to provide commercial and contractual support where required Ensure the procurement of all suppliers and subcontractors is inline with company procedures Requirements Previous experience in a Commercial Leadership role with day to day management of Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors Previous experience working on highways projects (either maintenance or larger schemes) is essential An in depth understanding of the NEC suite of contracts Live within a reasonable commute of Lincoln Offer Starting salary of £80,000 to £95,000 Car allowance of £6,000 or company car 25 days annual leave bank holidays option to purchase additional days Private healthcare Private pension contributions Discretionary bonus Hybrid working If you're an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a step up for a Commercial Manager feeling undervalued and looking for a business that will reward your efforts, get in touch with Matt Clegg at Gold Group today on 01342 330 539.
