Location: Wellingborough NN8
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:30, Pay rate: £12.25 per hour
Come and join our client as a New Build Cleaner, in and around Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire.
Work starting asap – Must have a driving licence. CSCS Card would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
* Cleaning of newly built houses on building sites.
* Clear debris and remove it from the home.
* Deep clean all entry doors and passages.
* Deep clean all surfaces and cupboards.
* Deep clean all furnishings.
* Deep clean all light fixtures.
* Deep clean all window frames, panes and interiors.
* Deep clean of all remaining fixtures – smoke alarms, switches, skirting boards, etc.
* Vacuum floors and stairs.
* Dust blinds if applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience cleaning on new build housing sites, either industrial or commercial.
* Cleaning UK Licence required for insurance purposes.
* CSCS card would be beneficial.
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
* Flexibility to working.
* Must have a driving licence.
